Shift Timing: 5:30PM to 6:30AM (Any 9 hours)
Week Off: 2 Days (Saturday-Sunday)
Qualification: Hsc / Graduate
Experience: Min - 6 Months in International Customer Service Voice Process
Location: Ghansoli - MBP - Build no. 3
Role:
"1. Handle inbound calls, providing detailed information on visa requirements and application procedures.
2. Assist customers with completing online visa application forms accurately.
3. Resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction."
