Job Description
Were looking for a Design Manager who can lead our design team with a strong eye for detail, design strategy, and execution. You will oversee and contribute hands-on to UI/UX design using Figma, as well as manage graphic design and video content creation for both digital platforms and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, infographics, email newsletters, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality videos for promotional content, client testimonials, educational resources, and other marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage the entire design function - UI/UX, visual design, and multimedia.
- Create and review wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in Figma for websites and mobile apps.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines, delivering assets that meet or exceed expectations in terms of creativity, quality, and accuracy.
- Work closely with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support specific design or video production requirements.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy meetings, helping to shape the direction of our content and campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a graphic designer and video maker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various mediums and platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Experience in video production, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or related industries is a plus, but not required.

Compensation Range:
- Fixed: Depends on experience, qualifications.
- Variable: Performance Based Incentive.
