Roles and Responsibilties

- Person will be responsible for driving [care.fit](http://care.fit/) Marketplace operations - own operational metrics, customer experience metrics and drive the best practices
- Own and drive initiatives to ensure doctors and other healthcare partners in marketplace are strongly engaged on the platform
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders such as business team, medical team, operations team, product and engineering to execute and deliver key operational / system processes impacting business metrics.
- Manage & drive timely execution of all initiatives - ranging from hiring, training, onboarding of all people, processes and systems.
- Institutionalize digital / cutting edge features and drive strong product change management across all products and tools enabling best in class user / consumer experience.
- Own end-to-end operational execution for marketplace and ensuring smooth operations from day 1.
- Institutionalize key operational metrics and build automated analytical reports by working with tech and analytic teams to drive rigour in daily business operations

Eligibility

- Individuals with passion about healthcare and changing the face of it in India
- Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders to drive output
- Strong understanding of people operations, analytical and logical problem solving skills, customer obsession
- Ability to balance between short term and long term goals
- Strong project management skills. Ability to handle multiple complex projects at the same time and deliver high impact
- Strong bias-for-action
- Tier 1 college graduates with minimum 2-3 yrs of work-experience in operational / analytical roles.
- Background in Marketplace operations a big plus
