Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Business Development Executive for Noida location

Experience - 1-2 years into Telesales/ Business Development

Location - Noida sector 2

Timings - 10:00 - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients across international markets in need of ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

Engage in proactive prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking at industry events and trade shows.

Present and sell ISO certification services by understanding the unique needs of clients and offering customized solutions.

Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale support.

Understand clients' business operations to ensure the correct ISO standards are recommended.

Provide consultations and support during the certification process, from initial inquiry to successful certification.
