Key Responsibilities Responsible for formulating the overall effective procurement strategy, including procurement strategy, procurement budget, capital plan, periodic arrangement., and effectively implement the process. Responsible for investigating and evaluating the. market information of feed raw materials, timely tracking the price changes, providing reasonable inventory and procurement suggestions for the company, to achieve effective control of procurement costs. Responsible for improving the procurement system, evaluating, managing, and developing suppliers according to the supply channels and market changes, effectively supervising the implementation of procurement process and procurement contract. Supervise and manage the procurement department, including rules and regulations, procurement process, internal control compliance and other matters. Effectively coordinate business relationship with various departments. Maintain good relations with domestic and foreign suppliers and channels to ensure the stability of procurement channels and supplies. Responsible for coordinating the demand of feed raw materials and auxiliary materials with the actual consumption and reporting the market situation and the implementation ofprocurement regularly. Generate purchasing report for general manager to understand the status of purchasing work. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in aquaculture science, aquaculture farming or nutrition and feed for aquatic animals. Minimum 8+ years of experience in grains trading Proficient in the market trends of Aqua feed industry, with mature experience in thchannel management of bulk raw materials. Understand Futures and basis trading concepts Solid understanding of aqua feed economics, production, and nutrition. Understanding of product marketing and business management within the aqua feed industry. Ability to collaborate to create creative solutions. Must be well organized and detail oriented Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong computer skills including MS Office proficiency
