Job Description
- To support execution of Mumbai Center Projects. Project Manager Project Management would take lead in implementing EPCm / EPC / Group Projects. Responsible for delivering project on Schedule, within budget and ensuring quality. Meet Clients expectations and ensure his satisfaction.
- Engineering Graduate, 20 to 25 years of discipline Experience with experience of at least two Projects executed in EPC segment in Oil and Gas Sector, Refining, petrochemicals sector.
- Enthusiasm and attitude to work in Project Management, Good communication skills, team player and have strategic thinking.
- Ensures Projects execution within time, budget, QHSES requirements and in accordance to Business Management Systems by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
- Develop Project procedures, systems, organize project team, Project planning, performance monitoring and set project goals.
- Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors ). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer.
- Attend and Lead Project Review / Progress meetings with Client, Other stake Holders and Management.
- Prepare Project reports.
- Interface / Communicate within project team, support functions and externally with all stakeholders.
- Identifies enhanced business opportunities at Tender / BD stage and works with the proposal team to communicate customer requirements and to drive customer specifications toward standardized product solutions during tender/ BD stage.
- Mentoring and people development.
- Deliver and improve upon set targets for project P&L, Quality, HSE and Client satisfaction.
- Drive Safety, sustainability consciousness among project team and all stake holders.
- Participate in Audits and reviews.
- Strive for continuous improvement of Project processes.
