Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Baroda. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility
  • Perform customer retention activities under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Identify potential business opportunities with customers.
  • Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms.
  • Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
  • Fulfill the sanction ratio requirement.
  • Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products with the help of the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them, ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of financial services and banking operations.
  • Familiarity with auditing and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales development.
