Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and help shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and offer status.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers.
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
Assist in employer branding activities and hiring campaigns.
