Machine Operator (C) - Thermoforming / Vacumm forming @ SR Group

Job Description

High School certificate or its equivalent technical diploma is preferred.
Minimum 02 years of experience in handling machine operation of same kind.
Knowledge of vertical and horizontal heaters.
Knowledge of arithmetics; machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, maintenance
Knowledge of food safety, complete grip on mould change, raw materials, and maths.
Strong knowledge of PLC based machine system, parameters setting, variations adjustment etc.
Ability to control parameter like Plug Assisting, forming air pressure, familiar with Hydraulic & servo motor operation, Stacker Unit, Auto Packing & rimming unit, transport chain time & positioning.
Able to operate the machines with greater mechanical units & functions along with the ability to assess & forecast the troubleshooting requirements
Can take care & work on production units with higher production rates & fastest of cycle times.
Demonstrate teamwork and punctuality.
Must have mechanical / technical skills, time management skills, manage stress, understand the problem sensitivity, self starter, listening & organizing and have the ability to multi task.
