Job Description

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to join our growing team at Career Guideline! If you have a passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and helping candidates find the right career opportunities, this is the perfect role for you

!

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings
Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback collection from candidates
Manage recruitment databases and generate reports

Required Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office
Strong negotiation & networking skills
