Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Assist in designing visuals, graphics, and short videos using tools like Canva or similar.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity for insights.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare weekly reports.
Support campaign planning and execution for events, hiring drives, or awareness posts.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company voice and guidelines.
