Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Data Science to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the Indian BFSI sector, with a strong background in analytics and data science.Roles and Responsibility

Drive analytics across Tata Capital using sophisticated statistical techniques.

Design advanced analytical scorecards for customer acquisition, lifecycle management, and collection/recoveries.

Manage Bureau relationships for market trends and insights.

Enhance data through external/alternate data providers for better scoring.

Implement machine learning algorithms for advanced analytics.

Collaborate with business users to implement and monitor scorecards/solutions, assessing their impact on business and risk.

Utilize IT platforms to implement analytical solutions.

Engage with senior management and business stakeholders to drive business growth through analytical solutions.

Job

Post Graduate or Graduate in Engineering, MBA.

Hands-on experience with scoring/data modeling.

Proficiency in tools such as SAS, R, or Python.

Knowledge of statistical techniques including logistic regression, segmentation, forecasting, machine learning, and optimization.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Experience working in the Indian BFSI sector.
