Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joining Required)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Salary: 12,000 to 14,000 (In-hand; based on interview performance)
Job Summary:
We are hiring fresh graduates (B.Sc) from a pure science background (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology - Honours or General) for a Back Office Executive role. This is a non-sales, non-target-based position with rotational shifts. Candidates must be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling backend operations and data entry tasks
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Managing records, reports, and documentation
- Supporting other departments as needed with administrative tasks
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of processed information
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology Honours/General)
- Gender: Male candidates preferred
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
