Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the best solution.
Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Follow up on previous conversations and maintain client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
