The major responsibilities are: Pursuing that the organizations content work is relevant, engaging, and effective Ideation and supervising resource/content development; modules, manuals, other training tools for the organisations programs and support services. Developing guidelines regarding workflow, team processes and monitoring for quality driven content development Ensuring that steps are taken for implementation of any new or proposed content/module In closely working with Direct services team to decide on the best modality for knowledge dissemination by analyzing data and using insights to drive decisions Build and manage relationships with outsourced content providers (e.g., freelance and other suppliers) Ensuring regular monitoring, training and guidance is provided to Resource development Team Ensuring regular reviews with Director, R &D and CEO To juggle multiple projects concurrently and simultaneously work with various teams as well as to manage speed and meticulousness. Ability to lead a small, excellent, diverse team Experience in content development for at least 8 to 10 years in the field of education / life skills / mental health. Post Graduation in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, and other related fields Attention to detail, with an analytical approach to problem solving; Well-organized; Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex concepts and ideas Ability to work in a closely knit team; inter-personal skills; commitment to time schedules Graphics or design background and publication experience is a plus
