Job Description
Dear All,
We are looking for MCC position as Mcc engineer/ Sr Mcc engineer/ Duty Manager x 4 positions x B2 & B1.
Designation: MCC Engineer/Sr Mcc Engineer/Duty manager
Department: Engineering
Reporting to: Head of MCC & Defect Cell
Locations: Gurgaon
Education: AME Diploma / B.Tech from DGCA approved institute
No. of positions: 4
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking airplane routings to avoid disruption to schedules.
- Responsible for effective coordination /communication with Flight Crew/FSC/Flight Dispatch /LMD to ensure both operational and maintenance requirements are met in the most effective manner
- Responsible to support all line stations maintenance requirements to assure dispatch of airworthy and safe airplane.
- Responsible for coordinating maintenance whenever required during operations with other airlines or the maintenance contracted parties wherever applicable.
- Responsible for promptly notifying the post holders PHM/PHCA/PHQ and Manager-MCC for any technical difficulty which has resulted in an emergency or any unusual/controversial situations affecting the airworthiness of aircrafts
- Responsible for initiate necessary arrangements with TSD/QAD or any other concerned department/body, like OEMs for the design and implementation of special repair etc.
- Responsible for effective liasioning during AOGs with OEM/Local agencies to ensure quick retrieval of airplane safely.
- Responsible for initiating necessary arrangements for ferry flight of an affected aircraft for which maintenance cannot be carried out at outstations.
- Responsible for preparation of MCC Report on daily basis and subsequent distribution.
- Responsible for effective tracking/monitoring of fleet MEL/ADD/CDL/CDD and avoid any exceedence of timeframe.
- Monitoring repetitive and significant defect.
- Ensuring proper rectification of repetitive / significant defect using FIM / AMM / WDM / OEM recommendation and other appropriate technical data.
- Raise WORK ORDER for corrective action in co-ordination with MCC for all Repetitive / significant defect once recognized.
- To make sure if all the source of maintenance documents FTDs are exhausted than pursue the matter to TSD/OEM for further guidance.
- Any other such work as may be required from time to time by the Company.
Skill Sets:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent IT skills, familiar with all engineering operation system software
Eligibility:
- Should have preferably B1/B2 Type Rating on Boeing 737NG/MAX/Q400 Aircraft.
- Candidate having experience of MCC and Defect Cell will be preferred.
- Good understanding of technical documentation and aircraft technical record requirements as per CAR M.
