JOB Description for Windows System Admin L2 Customer Name

Mumbai / Bangalore DOMAIN

Windows Level (L1/L2/L3)

L2 Required Relevant Domain Experience

More than 4 years Job Type (Onsite/Remote)

Onsite Shift details (General/ 24X7)

24x7 Qualification

B.E./Diploma/BSC-IT Certifications

Any Certification on Windows / VMware technologies is a must

Role Purpose

System Admin Support Services for enhancing the service quality to their business users.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist

- Event log analysis at regular interval for maintaining the integrity of servers

- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis

- Managing / reconfiguring of DHCP scopes and reservations

- Managing / reconfiguring of DNS

- System State backup

- Managing / reconfiguring terminal services, cluster services, file servers, CA

- Servers KMS

- Necessary support for restoration or drill

- Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents

- Reinstallations raise due to incidents

- Vendor coordination

- Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management

- Create Various Infra reports and share with BankIT Team

- Cloud Windows Server provision Hardening

Technical Skills/Knowledge requirement

Windows Server System troubleshooting skills.

Ticketing Tools knowledge skills required.

Requires experience in managing incidence calls tickets. ","
