Sourcing and Screening- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical and cultural fit for candidates.
End-to-end management of recruitment processes for client companies.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in non-IT roles, including multiple industries such as Oil & Gas, Automation, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Insurance, ETC.
Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in client handling & team handling.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
