Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Pratiti Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring vanilla IT skills and managing bulk hiring drives. This role demands strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions with a focus on vanilla skills (Java,C++ .NET, Testing, Support, etc.)
- Manage bulk hiring mandates and recruitment drives as per business requirements.
- Source candidates using various channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding.
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with internal compensation structures.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong experience in vanilla skills hiring and handling bulk hiring drives.
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment portals is preferred.
