Job Role: Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to postpaid and prepaid customers regarding their account inquiries, billing issues, and service problems.
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: Fresher / The candidate should hold minimum 6 months International Voice experience.
Qualification: Hsc / Graduate
Shift Timing: 24/7 Shifts
Week Off: 2 rotational week off
Role:
"1. Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to postpaid and prepaid customers regarding their account inquiries, billing issues, and service problems.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
3. Educate customers on available plans, features, and promotions to enhance their service experience and increase customer satisfaction."
