Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of government civil construction projects.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor quality, safety, budget control, and adherence to specifications.
- Handling documentation, billing, client communication, and subcontractor management.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory norms for public sector projects.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in handling government building construction projects.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Government Engineering College (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, site execution, and coordination skills.
- Must have experience working with organizations like CPWD, NPCIL, GAIL, EIL, MES, NBCC, AAI, UPRNN, etc.
- Should be well-versed in project management tools, safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
