Job Description

Looking for a motivated Process Executive - AR to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensure timely resolution of pending bills and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address billing discrepancies.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reports, including invoices and payments.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in healthcare management services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex billing issues.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
