Role & responsibilities
-To have knowledge of food articles as per quality and regulatory parameters.
-To be well versed with PCB rules, FSSAI and legal metrology rules.
-Should have knowledge of GMP, GHP, personal hygiene etc.
-Should have knowledge of storage practices such as FIFO, LIFO.
-Online QC / Sensory QC.
-To attend the quality complaints and do the RCA and establish CAPA.
-Knowledge of QMS such as HACCP will be an added advantage.
