Job Description
1 Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects.
2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and
deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3 Manage project contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships. Conduct
regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports. Collaborate with
engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
4 Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints. Coordinate with
stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and objectives.
5 Allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities to project team members.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actions
as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to internal
and external stakeholders.
6 Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Prioritize safety and quality throughout project execution.
7 Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements. Foster a
positive team environment that promotes collaboration and performance.
8 Manage project procurement, including sourcing materials and services.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and
approvals.
9 Adapt leadership style based on the needs and dynamics of project teams.
Showcase professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
10 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with finance teams to manage project financials and cost
tracking.
