Position: Assessment Team Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4+ Years (with Critical Care background)
Travel: Required for assessment duties across locations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assessment Team Lead to oversee and conduct clinical assessments for potential patients and clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in critical care, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to lead assessment processes end-to-end. This role requires frequent travel for on-ground assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical assessments for onboarding clients across locations.
- Evaluate patient needs, clinical history, and care requirements.
- Coordinate with internal nursing, operations, and care planning teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Mentor junior staff on assessment procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in Critical Care.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site assessments.
