Job Description

We are hiring for Accenture for a Voice Process role on the payroll of J2W.

Experience : Only Freshers

Qualification : BCOM,BMA/BBA,BFA,BBI 2024 / 2025

Location : Airoli

Shift Timings : Night Shift

The position includes a two-way cab facility and will be a night shift, with timings of either r 5:30 PM to 3 AM.

Graduation in BA, BCOM, BBA, or BBI,BFA from the 2024,2025 batch is mandatory. Candidates must have hard copies of their mark sheets for 1 to 4 semesters (5 Online or 6 Sem Hall Ticket ) with no backlogs or KT.

1. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

2. Analytical: Ability to analyze data, review information, and conduct research.

3. Technical: Proficiency in Excel, email writing, and other tracking tools.

4. Problem-solving: Ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues/problem
