Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To manage all operations of the laboratories

To ensure delivering the customer delight experience at the lab.

Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Conduct regular audits and proficiency testing, and address any issues or discrepancies. Coordination for general repair and maintenance of present Infrastructure including monitoring day-to-day upkeep of lab

Lab Audits & Biometrics / CCTV /Phone lines / Mystery calls / Registration Monitoring /Data Extraction and evaluation of Profit / Loss of Labs
Accountable for improving customer experience and customer retention in labs by developing and mentoring the lab staff experience.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Thorough knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies, instrumentation, and quality control procedures.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, such as CLIA and CAP guidelines.
