Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for all distributor-related matters.
Address and resolve distributor inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and

services to distributors.

Analyze distributor performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and

areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with distributors to discuss performance, feedback,

and business opportunities.

Assist in the development and execution of distributor programs and incentives to drive sales

and performance.

Prepare and present reports on distributor performance and relationship management to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in distributor management, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in a sales or business environment.
Strong understanding of distributor relations and sales channel management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and performance analysis tools.
