Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters (IT & Non-IT) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling complete recruitment lifecycle for various clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand job descriptions and hiring needs from clients.
- Post jobs on portals and social platforms.
- Screen and source relevant profiles using job boards and databases.
- Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fast learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Freshers with good communication and interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Female candidates only (preferred).
