Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and UI/UX best practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-performance, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive and dynamic web experiences.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve front-end performance issues.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend development and propose improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 68 years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
- Hands-on experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (AJAX, Fetch).
- Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and web performance optimization.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with UI libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of SSR frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or CI/CD pipelines.
