Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives focused on upselling to existing clients.
    • Set performance metrics and monitor KPIs to ensure individual and team targets are met.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Upselling Strategy:
    • Develop and execute strategies for upselling new features, add-ons, or product tiers to existing customers.
    • Analyse customer usage data and CRM insights to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Ensure accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, and timely reporting to senior management.
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build long-term relationships with key accounts to enhance customer lifetime value.
    • Work with support and product teams to resolve customer issues that hinder upselling opportunities.
    • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to pitch new value propositions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • Professional experience of 3-6 years in Sales.
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Influencing Skills
  • Presentability is required
  • Fluent in communication
