Job Summary:


As a Business Development Executive, you will help our organization remain competitive and grow by maintaining profitable key client relationships with existing clients/accounts. You will as well ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities. Thereby bringing major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of business accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients through networking, research, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build new relationships.
