Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct gold appraisals for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
Handle customer queries related to gold loan operations, including processing loans and resolving issues.
Manage a team of appraisers to ensure efficient workflow and meet targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during appraisals and loan disbursements.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, including customer details, appraisal reports, and loan documents.
