Job Title: IT Recruiter Contract Hiring
Experience: 1+ Years
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in contract and IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across various IT domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work on contract and contract-to-hire IT positions for various clients.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews and candidate status in ATS or recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including contract staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
- Familiar with various sourcing tools (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Preferred:
- Candidates available to join immediately.
- Prior experience working with clients in a staffing or consultancy firm.
