Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Java and Python for both microservices and monolithic applications.
• API Design & Development: Architect, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance, best practices, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Optimization & Performance: Continuously identify performance bottlenecks, conduct code reviews, and optimize application performance.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in a fast-paced environment.
