Job Description
- Coordinate with branches and customers upon receipt of service materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Segregate materials based on their sourceMAS or third-party vendors.
- Check warranty status of materials and take appropriate follow-up action with vendors, customers, or internal teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of all material handling, service actions, and warranty claims.
- Generate and submit bills to the Accounts Department based on service actions taken.
- Track and manage data related to service enquiries and warranty cases for internal reporting and analysis.
- Communicate updates and service status with relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Service Manager and service team with coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or EEE Engineering.
- 01 year of experience (internships or coordination work in a technical/service environment is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, email communication).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.
