Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
Present, promote, and sell jewellery products to customers.
Explain product features, materials, and care instructions to clients.
Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and after-sales service.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the store and showcases.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and competitors.
Perform regular inventory checks and stock replenishment.
