Role & responsibilities

Key responsibility:-

Support the store manager for smooth functioning & performance of the store overall.
Supervise store work flow from physical inventory to cash point , identify & suggest effective measures to control pilferage.
Inventory Management
Customer Service
Store merchandising
Process checking
Motivating co- workers and improving efficiency
Facilitate smooth circulation of footfalls on the shop floor & ensure quick checkout in pick hours

Analyzing & studying the Fast Moving SKU, Slow Moving SKU & Dead Stocks
