Job Description
Job details & Key Responsibilities :
- B-tech IT/Computer Science /MCA/PGDCA, with 5-6 years of experience.
- Should have sound working knowledge of Application support, implementation, testing, integration between the applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application related problems, software and patch update. Close coordination with the OEMs.
- Current running applications, SAP, Ivalua, Oracle EPM, Solus, RPA-Bot, WeConnect(Inhouse).
- Setting of Multifunctional Authentication, Single Sign On, Self Service Password Reset on azure AD identity to AWS. Setting up synching of hybrid AD.
- SQL Server database backups and restore
- Regular review of events, alerts, logs through event viewer, optimization of environment and permanent fixes.
- Good Knowledge/understanding of Information policies, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Compliance.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills
