Job Description

Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM Pro features including:
Asset Lifecycle Management (LCM)
Reclamation rules and stockroom processes
Model lifecycle configuration
Migrate existing custom HAM workflows to OOTB HAM Pro features.
Collaborate with CMDB, procurement, HR, and legal teams to enable end-to-end hardware lifecycle automation.
Build and modify business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer flows.
Integrate HAM Pro with third-party systems like SCCM, Coupa, AD, or ERP platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Partner with QA and support teams to test and validate asset processes.
Document technical configurations and support knowledge handover.
Ensure platform governance, upgrade-compatibility, and compliance with internal policies
