Job Description:
We at HCL Tech are looking for candidates for the job role of "ETL Tester".
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand ETL workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios for ETL processes.
- Validate source-to-target data mappings and transformations across various stages of the data pipeline.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to verify data accuracy and integrity.
- Test stored procedures, triggers, and functions within the database.
- Work closely with data engineers, business analysts and developer to resolve issues.
- Identify, report and track bugs and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs on testability of requirements.
Job Type: Full-time and permanent
Job Location: PAN India (Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai)
Notice period: immediate to 30 days only.
Work mode: On-site role with 5 days of working.
