Maersk is currently hiring forSAP Integration Coordinator for our Maersk Technology in Bangalore

As SAP integration coordinator, you will be a key driver in building our digital core global ERP platform.
Maersk is on multi-year program to revamp its technology and digital solutions footprint and as part of new strategy, SAP will act as the 'digital core' for company's major processes enabled by SAP's latest cloud and S4HANA offerings. Maersk has currently ECC based SAP finance solutions running for Ocean and logistics divisions and plan is to subsume these solutions within revamped green field S4HANA implementation. The SAP Integration teamowns the Quality assurance and DevOps capabilities in the SAP for T&L. As SAP integration coordinator, you will be responsible for correct execution and automation of the deployment activities on demand, coordinate closely with different delivery streams, work closely with Product Delivery leads and stakeholders in IT and Business to ensure safe and fast outcome-based deployments of change.

Key responsibilities:
In collaboration with the product delivery leads and the lead architects define the gate keeping processes and change control processes required to ensure safe deployment; you own the release management checkpoints
Together with the platform architects build and define the approach for automation of test and deployment in the entire landscape
Together with the different Delivery leads, Product owners and scrum-masters ensure all dependencies are managed from process perspective, Business impact perspective and change perspective : Plan and communicate final release content to relevant parties:
Ensure all teams in the Corporate finance have the tools and knowledge required as part of the application lifecycle management
Define test criteria and test plans and drive test automation as part of the DevOps approach
Understand the landscape requirement in relation to the ongoing deliverables in the various environments from development to production
Ensure SAP landscape management validation, synchronization and stabilization in coordination with the Delivery leads, platform architects and scrum masters
To be successful, you need to perform stakeholder management across the SAP platform both within and outside of the SAP platform unit.
Contribute to developing product and agile practices across Maersk
We are looking for:
Experience working as a Release manager or test manager in agile delivery environments
At least 5 years' experience in SAP release management/Integration coordinator.
Understand change management controls and have experience with Charm in Focus build and Solution Manager and Dev Ops Practices
Understand SAP CTS Process
Has Experience in SAP Focus-Build Release setups (and/or Solution Manager based tools or other equivalent tools)
In-depth experience in application and technology release management and well versed in Structured Software Release policies and processes Knowledge
Experience creating detailed production implementation plans
Strong understanding of software development methodology and processes
Extensive experience coordinating across multiple teams and organizational components
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences
Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facility productive discussions
Strong working knowledge of IT operations
Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skill
Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
Good problem solving & communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline
Collaborative mindset across business functions
