Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales for premium residential real estate projects in Bangalore. - Generate and manage leads through various channels including direct inquiries. - Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored property solutions. - Conduct site visits and convert inquiries into closures with a consultative approach. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal) to ensure a smooth buyer experience from inquiry to handover. - Track and report sales activities, maintain client data and follow-ups using CRM systems. - Understand competitive market offerings and suggest strategies to improve positioning. - Contribute to pricing strategies, offer structuring, and promotional campaigns. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
