We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research team based out of the firms offices in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurugram, India. The group works with the Private Credit (Europe and Asia) front office/underwriting team based in the UK and is involved in transaction modeling, pricing/valuation, market research, investment committee presentations, different due diligence workstreams, and transaction. execution. This role requires you to work across multiple asset classes and objectively define the credit risk for the investment opportunity. What You'll Do Day-to-day You will be working closely with the front office group in London analyze and assess the credit quality of private credit issuers in the corporate credit space. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, preparing detailed financial models and investment write ups, performing investment due diligence, and forming an independent opinion about the attractiveness of the opportunity. You will be required to articulate the findings clearly and interact with key constituents, including senior management teams internally and prospective borrowers. You will also be required to perform independent research on companies and work across all sectors.
