Job Description
To provide round-the-clock medical care and emergency services to inpatients and outpatients, ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and referrals in coordination with consultants and hospital protocols.
Patient Care
- Attend to patients in the emergency, ICU, and wards as per hospital protocol.
- Provide primary medical care and stabilize critical cases.
- Carry out daily ward rounds and update patient condition in medical records.
- Monitor patients progress and inform consultants promptly of any changes.
Clinical Duties
- Assess patients, take medical history, and perform physical examinations.
- Initiate appropriate investigations and treatments as per guidelines,
- Follow consultant instructions and ensure timely implementation of orders.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document admission notes, daily progress, and discharge summaries.
- Report adverse events or unusual cases to senior staff as per protocol.
Qualification :
MBBS- REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE MANDATORY (MCI)
1-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setup preferred (freshers can be considered based on performance)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified is an advantage.
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts (Day/Night/On-call as required)
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
