Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat, email, and non-voice processes.
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Work on international chats from UK & US shifts (rotating week off).
Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing emails and chats.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals.
