Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-impact software solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on scalable systems, optimize existing processes, and deliver robust applications that meet business needs. Ideal candidates will be passionate about solving complex problems, automating workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using C++ , Python , and C# .
System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize software performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines , including workflows for deployment approvals, stage promotion, stress testing, and chaos testing.
Cloud Solutions: Leverage AWS services to migrate static configurations, reduce deployment overhead, and enhance system maintainability.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Research & Innovation: Explore and integrate innovative solutions, such as graph algorithms and distributed system techniques, to address challenging business problems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in C++ , Python , and C# .
Experience with AWS services (e.g., AWS Config Manager).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience as a Software Development Engineer .
Proven track record of contributing to the successful launch of major software features.
Experience with automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and debugging skills to tackle complex software challenges.
Achievements:
Contributions to large-scale projects.
Research and development experience in distributed systems and graph algorithms .
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with developing web applications, Gen AI tools and tools like Django , NodeJS , and Flutter .
Involvement in research projects or publications related to distributed systems
