Job Title Test Lead/Manager
The role of Test Lead/manager is to plan, coordinate and control various test activities with the help of a team. The test lead/manager will be required to manage each testing phase for the project and manage stakeholders for the given process.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder management as this is a Business facing role
Prepare detailed test approach for different test phases
Understand E2E HR business processes and translate the functional and non-functional requirements into test Cases and steps.
Design and Develop test scenarios and test scripts for Unit testing, component integration testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Manage test phases with Payroll business testers at a global level
Manage various test preparation activities like leading Kick-off calls, test scenario review, tester demand and identification etc.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or equivalent.
Working experience as software test lead for around 8-9 years.
Working experience on Resource estimation, Requirement Analysis, Test planning, Test scenario Design, Test Execution and Defect reporting.
Good expertise in testing HCM solutions mainly on SAP Payroll/Compensation/Time area is a must
Experience in various modules in Workday and how they are linked to Payroll is an added advantage
Experience in leading the testing of SAAS Based solutions.
Working experience in ALM/HPQC is required.
Good communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Able to work under minimal supervision; self-directed.
