Job Description Suncrypto (Fintech) Job Description Full time (On site Job ) Key Responsibilities Developing Marketing Strategies: Lead the development of strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets. This includes identifying target audiences, determining key messaging, selecting appropriate marketing channels, and integrating performance marketing tactics. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. Performance Marketing: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results, including PPC advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and other paid acquisition channels. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs. Content Creation: Drive content. creation efforts to produce high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blog posts. Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Brand Management: Manage and strengthen the brand identity through consistent messaging, visuals, and storytelling. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Customer Acquisition: Implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share. This may include partnerships, collaborations, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives to attract and convert leads. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This includes implementing customer retention programs, gathering customer feedback, and fostering a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights gathered to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, digital marketers, and performance marketers. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team achieves its goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a performance marketing role. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, performance marketing tactics, and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the toy industry or children's products is a plus. Plus point having knowledge of Crypto Business. Should have good written & verbal -communication skills with foreign business Clients. Should be computer savvy.
