Job Description

(R) Capture all relevant data pertaining to plant electrical

maintenance such as electricity consumption/diesel

consumption for gensets, power factor etc. for analysis at

higher level (R) Ensure batching plant maintenance

through timely calibration (R) Maintain electrical

equipments, periodically review their availability and

ensure un-interrupted power supply/gensets

Production Execution

(A) Operate the rotatory chute to direct aggregates into

the right compartment of the raw material bin and monitor

its movements (A) Unload raw materials from bunkers

and load into silos, load raw materials into the conveyer

belt (R) Batch material as per the details received from

Ticketing/Customer Services Cell

Safety & Statutory Compliance

(R) Ensure adherence to electrical safety measures in

plants (usage of PPE such as Hand Gloves and shoes)

(R) Ensure adherence to safety measures for batching

plant and Role & responsibilities
